Yes, you read that correctly. A chocolate pie with benefits, woop woop!
I didn’t even realise what I had made until after it was finished, then I marvelled at it (and proceeded to fill my face with it).
It’s so good that it even got the seal of approval from health food phobic family members!

This is honestly one of the best combos I’ve ever come across and soooo simply to make, go get some, you know you want to!
I’ve given the recipe instructions 2 ways, so you can choose whichever way suits you/the meal you’re having e.g 1 banopsicle is great as a healthy, not overly filling dessert or you can have it as breakfast/lunch nicecream (uses half the recipe) and serve with whatever you have on hand e.g fruit, granola etc.
I often find that for some dishes almond butter is too rich so I prefer cashew & with this recipe it pairs amazing well with the sweet banana & chocolatey cacao to give one of the creamiest, most delicious “icecreams” I’ve ever tasted (that includes dairy ones).

These lovely cups are made from wholesome, real food ingredients & were created because I had some coconut cream leftover to use however you can of course use a dairy option if you prefer but I haven’t tried that so I’m not sure how it will turn out.
Also, if you don’t want to make the chocolate/can’t find the ingredients then simply melt approx. 180-200g of your favourite dark chocolate and use this.

Time to grab the day by the balls….breakfast balls that is!
All the usual ingredients that might go into porridge squished into balls for on the go, busy people who don’t have time to make breakfast, well these beauties can be made in 5mins the night before and taken with you on your work commute. No more feeling hungry going into work, hooray!
These are also perfect for when you need to get out the door for an early morning gym session & need refuelling after it, before work/your day ahead.

I couldn’t wait to use my homemade hazelnut butter in this recipe as so much effort went into making it, my poor little blender can only do nut butters bit by bit and takes half a day, so I certainly wasn’t going to let it go to waste!
This recipe is healthier than you may first think, it contains cacao powder which is full of antioxidants, is sweetened only with a little maple syrup, is filled with nutritious hazelnut butter which is also high in good fats and vitamin E & is made with wholegrain spelt flour which won’t spike energy levels the way refined white flour will.

Delicious, guilt free, 4 ingredients, made with real food, packed with Vit C and 2/5 a day, seriously what more could you ask for?!
TIP: Try to peel away as much of the pith on the orange as possible & try to remove any seeds if you’re using bigger oranges as you don’t want these in your icecream.
