I love the creaminess of this recipe but it was made even better when I decided to add a bit of protein into the dish, I chose a mix of tahini (ground sesame seeds), nut butter and protein powder which provides protein but also good fat in there too!

Protein peaches & nicecream bowl Breakfast Grainfree Lunch snack vegan Recipe (serves 1)
-1 medium banana, chopped and frozen
-1 large peach, chopped and frozen
-40ml milk (any kind)
-1 heaped tspn each of tahini and cashew/peanut butter
-1 Tbspn protein powder
Optional: 1/8 tspn pure vanilla powder

Directions
1- If you dont already have pre frozen fruit ready to go then its best to prep this the night before
2- Simply blend together all of the ingredients in a strong food processor until smooth (add more milk/water if you think it needs it or you want it thinner) then scoop out into a bowl and add toppings if you like e.g seeds, coconut etc
