A healthy, creamy, dairy free chocolate cream “cheeze” spread, very similar in taste to the choc version Philadelphia came out with a few years ago.
So creamy and feels like a treat on your bread especially when paired with fresh berries.

I also made this healthier by using a choc superfood blend which adds flavour, goodness and sweetness without any nasties or sugar. I highly recommend checking them out (see link below) and getting the pack of 10 sachets if you want to try it out a few times before getting a bigger bag.

Plant based chocolate cream cheese Breakfast snack vegan

Recipe (1 generous portion)
35g dairy free cream cheese (I used Violife)
15g Vegantek superfood powder* (use “DONTFRIG” for a discount)
1 tsp cacao powder
If desired: Splash of hot water for thinner consistency
*If you omit the superfood powder you may need to add a touch of sweetness

Directions
I find this easier to make in a small/mini food processor as it comes out a smoother texture than when just mashed in a bowl so simply blend all the ingredients together and adjust to your tastes as needed
Spread on fresh bread, try my easy oaty bread  and then top with fresh berries or fruit of choice.
