*Steep 1 teabag of green tea in 1/3 cup of water the night before
-40/50g oats
-1/2 to 1 tspn coconut oil
-1/2 to 1 tspn coconut oil
-Fruit for sweetness: berries, baobab powder, passionfruit etc
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more if you like it hot
-Milk (any type)- add as much milk as you like on top of the green tea to get your desired consistency as some people prefer their porridge thicker
-A generous dash of Ceylon cinnamon (you’d need to get this online as most supermarkets only stock the fake type; cassia)

Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup/1 tablespoon cacao nibs topping
Directions
Cook porridge as normal, leaving the cacao nibs and cinnamon for toppings, enjoy & feel the sweat!
