Low carb, berry, chocolate topped donuts
Lower carb, grain and gluten free, can be sugar free, delicious and with a rich dark chocolate topping plus vegan friendly too, these berry donuts are a treat that will satisfy your cravings and nourish you too. These are super soft and moist, they really do taste amazing and look good too with a vibrant pink colour AND use many great ingredients that are so beneficial for you!

I used a berry powder blend (goji, beet, strawberry, cherry) that a friend got for me from Home bargains, yes you can find ingredients like this in there and the coconut flour I used was from Lidl, another discount store plus ground almonds can be found in all supermarkets too so these may sound like a fancy recipe but you can access these ingredients quite easily now.

Golden, anti-inflammatory, lentil soup
This soup is so easy to make, very nourishing and anti inflammatory to boot!
It has around 2/5 a day and goes great with some sourdough plus you can tailor the spices to your taste.
The white potato really helps to add bulk & thicken the soup consistency but you can make it thinner if you like.

These breakfast carrot cake muffins are packed with fiber, goodness and spices plus low in added sugar!
They’re great for batch cooking so that you have brekkie covered for a few days, they go really well with some nut butter and you can decide how sweet you want them!
Plus they contain lots of nutrition from both fruit & veg and have a decent amount of anti-inflammatory spices in them for good measure!
